Target

Images

  • ab34164 staining Syndecan in human lung tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). 5µm thick sections of tissue were heated at 60°C overnight, deparaffinized with xylene and rehydrated with an ethanol series.

Sections were stained with antibodies specific to syndecan-1 (ab34164) and EC-SOD both at a 1/500 dilution. Cy3 and Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated secondary antibodies were used.

    Green - EC-SOD, Red - syndecan, Blue - nuclear stain, Yellow - co-localization.

  • Flow cytometry analysis of U266 cell line using ab34164

Answer

Thank you for contacting us.
The immunogen for this clone was a whole cell line (U266) rather than a particular peptide. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide the cell line as a separate product.
I am very sorry I couldn’t help you further. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any other advice or information.
