Fast track antibodies constitute a diverse group of products that have been released to accelerate your research, but are not yet fully characterized. They have all been affinity purified and show high titre values against the immunizing peptide (by ELISA).
Use at an assay dependent concentration. Predicted molecular weight: 22 kDa.
Cell surface proteoglycan that bears heparan sulfate.
Belongs to the syndecan proteoglycan family.
O-glycosylated with core 1 or possibly core 8 glycans. Contains heparan sulfate.
The Syndecan 2/HSPG protein has a predicted molecular weight of 22 kDa. The first 18 amino acids of the syndecan 2/HSPG sequence act as a signal sequence, and when cleaved the protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa (SwissProt), therefore explaining the bands presence at a lower than expected molecular weight.
