ab83537 staining Syntenin 2 in the MCF7, human breast epithelial from Human mammary glands by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde or 100% Methanol, permeabilized with Digitonin and blocked with 1% BSA for 10 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 1 hour at 21°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Donkey anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/300) was used as the secondary antibody. DAPI was Diluted 1/1000 and samples mounted in gel.
