Preparation and Storage

    Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.

    Lyophilized from water/acetonitrile/TFA to generate the TFA salt form.

  • Reconstitution
    It is recommended vials be centrifuged prior to opening. Water can be used to prepare stock solutions of 20 µmol.L-1. Stock solutions with up to 30% DMSO/water can also be prepared.

    Potentially involved in T-cell development. Recombinant protein shows chemotactic activity on thymocytes, macrophages, THP-1 cells, and dendritics cells but is inactive on peripheral blood lymphocytes and neutrophils. Binds to CCR9. Isoform 2 is an antagonist of isoform 1.
