T2AA, Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor (ab146970)

Overview

  • Product name

T2AA, Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor
  • Description

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor
  • Alternative names

    • T2 amino alcohol
  • Biological description

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor; inhibits PCNA/PIP-box peptide interaction (IC50 = ~1 µM). Inhibits PCNA interaction with DNA polymerase δ and arrests cell growth in S-phase. Causes DNA replication stress by stalling DNA replication forks. Suppresses cancer cell growth. T3 derivative that exhibits almost no thyroid hormone activity.
