  • Immunoprecipitation from Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) whole cell extract using ab197891 at 1/100 dilution for capture (IP +) or Rabbit monoclonal IgG ab172730 (IP -).

     

    For WB ab197891 was used at 1/5000 dilution in 5% NFDM/TBST buffer. Input is Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) whole cell extract. Secondary antibody was anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG at 1/1500 dilution.
