Submitted image of Alzheimer brain section ( poorly preserved) shows positive neurofibrillary tangles but there is poor differentiation between specifc positivity and background staining. Further dilution does not solve this poor contrast ratio.

It appears that under these experimental conditions ab108387 does not specifically detect Tau phosphorylated at Serine 202 in a tissue section from an alzheimers brain.
