In human, this protein is meant to be expressed in spermatocyte and should display nuclear and cytoplasmic expression. However, in marmoset, it seems to detect a different cytoplasmic protein in the spermatogonia.

Thank you for sharing this data with us. ab32020 has not previously been tested in IHC-P on Marmoset. Based on this abreview, it seems that the antibody does not detect the TERT protein in this species, under these conditions. Abcam would welcome feedback from other customers using this antibody.
