I just spoke with FedEx. Due to the fact that the product was delayed in customs, FedEx will not compensate. This is very unfortunate. I need this antibody as a final control for a submitted publication. However, I am not keen on spending more money on a antibody that I have already purchased. How do you suggest I proceed in this matter.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that FedEx refused to compensate for this.
I am now working with our customer service team to check the problem created by customs because it was never happened before.
