    Answer

    Thank you for your patience as I have obtained additional information from the lab.

    I have confirmed that for our current lot the molar ratio is 2.0 moles Texas Red to 1 mole IgG. The molecular weights are as we discussed (160kDa for the antibody, 625 Da for texas red).
