    Required for RNA polymerase III-mediated transcription. Component of TFIIIC that initiates transcription complex assembly on tRNA and is required for transcription of 5S rRNA and other stable nuclear and cytoplasmic RNAs. May play a direct role in stabilizing interactions of TFIIIC2 with TFIIIC1.

  • ChIP analysis using ab89113 binding TFIIIC110 in iPS derived from Human neuronal. Cells were cross-linked for 10 minutes with  formaldehyde. Samples were incubated with primary antibody(1/100) for 16 hours at 4°C. Protein binding was detected using real-time PCR.
    Positive control: 7SL RNA gene

    Negative Control: GAPDH coding region.
