Thank you but I did not yet get an answer regarding positive control cell line for this antibody.
A549 or HepG2? I see that westernblot is done with HepG2 althougth the recommended positive control is A549.

You can use any cell line that express endogenous TGF beta receptor 1. Please try any one of HepG2 or A549 cells, both can be used as positive control.
