Smad3 blot

1. For whole cell lysate blot, it has multiple bands on the blot include the band at 55 kDa. The 55 kDa band could be receptor 1 band, but this antibody did not detect the phosphorylation form, as there is no significant change of band intensity upon phosphatase treatment.
