Dear All,

I would like to know whether Tie1 antibody (ab111547) specifically recognizes only Tie1 or there is also cross-reactivity with Tie2?

The immunogen for this product shares about 70% homology and so is not likely to react. Typically at about 85% there is likely reactivity.
