Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, I am sorry we are not able to release the immunogen sequence for this particular antibody as it is considered commercially sensitive. However, our source for this antibody has confirmed that the sequence alignment for our Tie-1 antigen with human Tie-2 is very low at 0.05%.
