Target

  • Function
Glandular kallikreins cleave Met-Lys and Arg-Ser bonds in kininogen to release Lys-bradykinin.
  • Tissue specificity
Isoform 2 is expressed in pancreas, salivary glands, kidney, colon, prostate gland, testis, spleen and the colon adenocarcinoma cell line T84.
  • Sequence similarities
Belongs to the peptidase S1 family. Kallikrein subfamily.
    Contains 1 peptidase S1 domain.
  • Post-translational
    modifications
The O-linked polysaccharides on Ser-93, Ser-104 and Ser-167 are probably the mucin type linked to GalNAc. In PubMed:3163150, GalNAc was detected with the corresponding peptides but not located.

Answer

Thank you for contacting us. I have looked through our catalog for the products against the targets that you have chosen that either have been specifically tested in ELISA or are guaranteed to work in ELISA by us. My findings are as follows:

Anti-Calr (Calreticulin): We have only one product that is guaranteed to work in ELISA. The product number is ab70013. The following ELISA experiments have been carried out with it 1) immunogen peptide ELISA--coat immunogen peptide to 96-well plate and detect with ab70013 with/without peptide preincubation. 2) cell-based ELISA--grow cells in 96-well plate, fix the cells, and detect with ab70013. 3) antibody microarray--detect Calreticulin in a native condition.
