    Potent VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Inhibits all three VEGF receptors (IC50 vlaues are 30, 6.5, and 15 nM for VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 respectively in a cell-free kinase assay). Also inhibits PDGFR and c-Kit. Has antitumor, antiangiogenesis and antigrowth properties.
