Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human spleen tissue labeling TLT-1 with ab192619 at 1/1000 dilution (0.08μg/ml). A Ready to use HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG (prediluted) was used as secondary. Counterstain: Hematoxylin.

Immunofluorescent analysis of Jurkat cells (4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% tritonX-100 permeabilized) labeling TLT-1 with ab192619 at 1/50 dilution (1.6 μg/ml). A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor488) at 1/400 dilution (ab150077) was used as secondary antibody. Counterstain: DAPI.
