ab250408 is the carrier-free version of ab181183.

Western blot analysis on immunoprecipitation pellet from HeLa cell lysate (lane 1) or negative control (lane 2), labeling TMUB2 immunoprecipitated using ab181183 at 1/50 dilution and HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG preferentially detecting the non-reduced form of rabbit IgG.
