I am a postgraduate student, doing research on Cardiovascular system. My model is 'Rabbit', I want to identify ICAM1, VCAM1, IL6, CRP, TNF alpha, SOD, GPX, and LIPOXYGENASE in both the serum and blood vessel of the rabbit (by immunohistochemistry).
I browse your website I found useful primary antibodies but still are not clear to me. I need more light from you with regards to antibodies and other materials that I need with there cost, so that i can make order.

Thank you very much for contacting us.
The possible rabbit specific antibodies are available as;
ICAM1: the rabbit protein sequence (http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q75T02) does not show any homology with human protein (http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P05362) so I am sorry we do not have any antibody available that can cross react with rabbit.
VCAM 1; ab98954 is the rabbit specific antibody.
GPX: ab21966 is a good predicted candidate to try as the immunogen sequence is quite similar to rabbit (? http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P07203)
TNF alpha: ab66579 is predicted to work with rabbit as it has 90% immunogen sequence homology.
CRP: ab13426 immunogen sequence is homologous to rabbit so it is predicted to react.
Lipoxygenase; there are different forms of Lipoxygenase available e.g. LOX5, LOx12, LOX15. Which one you would interested in getting? ab23678 is anti LOX12 that can cross react with rabbit.
We do not have anti IL6 rabbit cross reactive antibody as the sequence of rabbit and human aren't homologous.
Where the antibodies are predicted to react with rabbit - you can avail advantage of testing discount programme. Please click the link for more information;
I hope this information will be helpful. Should you have any question please do not hesitate to contact me.
