Question (13974) | Anti-TNF Receptor II antibody [HM102] (ab7369)

Go to datasheet (ab7369)

Customer would like to see proof that this is is an agonistic antibody - how was this tested? And have there been any publications showing this?

Thank you for your enquiry and patience. Our source for this antibody was able to provide me with the following information. The agonistic properties of the antibody were tested in a proliferation assay with mouse thymocytes (H-thymidine uptake was measured). The test results showed that 3 ug/ml [HM102] leads to cell activation (0.3 ug/ml and 1 ug/ml did not lead to cell activation). If you have any additional questions, please contact us again.
