Question
Answer

The amino acid range of this immunogen is aa 200-250 of human Serine/threonine-protein kinase TNNI3K with Uniprot accession number Q59H18 (http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q59H18). This antibody binds to the ANK5 and ANK6 repeats of isoforms 1, 2, 3, and 4.

According to the Q59H18 entry the protein kinase domain is located between residues 463 and 723, thus this should not be a problem for detecting the mutated protein.
