Thank you for contacting us.
If you are looking for an antibody to detect Toxoplasma gondii in frozen tissue sections, then the best choice is probably ab15170 or ab23507. Even though neither have been tested on sections of frozen tissue, the IHC data for detection in paraffin-embedded tissue is very clean and specific, for ab15170, and detection in frozen tissue is generally easier than detection in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue. The alternative, goat polyclonal ab23507, has been published twice.
Our guarantee does not apply to IHC of frozen tissue using either of these antibodies, but I can offer a testing discount for either, if you are interested. For details, please see the web page at the following URL:
For detection of ab15170, you will need an anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated to an enzyme such as HRP, or a fluorochrome such as FITC. For an HRP conjugate, we recommend ab6802:

For the goat polyclonal ab23507, we recommend the HRP conjugate ab6741:

For fluorochrome conjugates, please reply and I will help.
