U251 cells stained for TRADD (green) using ab223040 at 1/100 dilution in ICC/IF. Secondary: Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
TRADD was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of K562 (human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line from bone marrow) lysate with ab223040 at 1/200 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab223040 at 1/500 dilution. HRP-conjugated Protein G antibody was used as secondary antibody at 1/2000 dilution.
Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG instead of ab223040 in K562 whole cell lysate.
