In what buffer should the ab82411 be diluted? How has this been tested? (milk or BSA blocking, dilution?)
Asked on Aug 10 2011
Blocking buffer has been used as diluent. This particular antibody was tested at 1:2000 using 5%NFD milk/1xPBS/0.05%Tween20. The WB protocol followed is overnight blocking at 4C and 1 hour incubations at room temp with the primary and then with the secondary antibody with PBS-Tween rinse cycles in between.
