  • A paraffin-embedded section of  healthy mouse spleen stained with ab150686 - Trichrome Stain Kit (Connective Tissue Stain). The sample was deparaffinized by heating to 60ºC for 1 hour and then deparaffinization following a standard protocol. Sections were then fixed with Bouin's solution (included in the kit) for 1 hour at 60ºC in humid conditions.

GOOD KIT, it works well and everything is provided. The kit has all the reagents for the procedure. You only need to have Xylene and Ethanol and the basic for miscopy (slides etc.).

The product ab150686 can be used to stain connective tissues irrespective of species. It will be fine for human samples.

The sample is a section of parafin mouse spleen in a healthy state. The sample have been deparafined by heating it up to 60ºC during 1 hour and then following a standard deparafination protocol until H2O, then fixed with Bouin's solution (included in the kit) 1 hour at 60ºC in humid conditions.

Human xenograft Ewin Sarcoma
