  • Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human prostate carcinoma tissue labeling TRIM65 with ab170424 at 1/10 dilution followed by peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody and DAB staining.

  • Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H460 cells labeling TRIM65 with ab170424 at 1/10 dilution (right histogram), compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

  • Immunofluorescent analysis of NCI-H460 cells labeling TRIM65 with ab170424 at a 1/10 dilution,  followed by secondary antibody labeling with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).
