Answer

Thank you for your reply.

All of the antibodies suggested have successfully been used in WB with Human samples. They should all work in such application.

All the references we have about our products are listed on the datasheets. Unfortunately this target does not have references available.

One of the products, https://www.abcam.com/Mucolipin-1-antibody-ab28508.html, contains a WB image on its datasheet performed on Jurkat cell line. We appreciate feedback and images from our customers, in order to provide more information on our datasheets. If you wish to submit an Abreview about any of the Mucolipin antibodies identified, you can earn rewards and Abpoints that can be claimed back as rewards.

Answer

Thank you for contacting us.

There are seven options available to target Mucolipin 1 with WB; however, depending on the species and the sequence of the peptide used as an immunogen, some of the options may be more convenient than others.

I would suggest having a look at their https://www.abcam.com/index.html?pageconfig=searchresults&search=mucolipin%201&pt=1&sk=app&sv=69&sn=WB&l=2&fViewMore=1 in order to decide.

Unfortunately, because we carry over 90,000 products, it isn't feasible for us to keep small sample sizes of our products, and therefore I am not able to offer a test sample of any of the antibodies identified.

In any case, all of our products are covered by our Abpromise® guarantee, which ensures that you can trust our products, and they should work in the tested species and applications stated on the datasheet, or we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund, if reported within 6 months of purchase.
