TTYH3 was immunoprecipitated from Malme-3M whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN lysis buffer, using ab240580 at 50 μl per reaction. For western blotting, ab240580 was used at 1/100 dilution.
