RelevanceTUSC3 belongs to the OST3/OST6 family of proteins and may be involved in N-glycosylation through its association with N-oligosaccharyl transferase. The TUSC3 gene is a candidate tumour supressor.

Predicted band size: 40 kDa
Observed band size: 37 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?
Additional bands at: 22 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Both bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
