Composite epifluorescence 20X image taken on Olympus BX41 microscope, red channel (autofluorescence), green channel (Cy2/TH). Wash buffer same as primary incubation buffer. Section washed twice after permeabilization, six times after primary incubation, and 4 times after secondary incubation. After final wash section was rinsed once with PBS followed by one rinse with distilled water before coverslipping and sealing with nail polish.
