Thanks for your reply and for sending the additional information. I do have a couple of additional suggestions, however I am not sure if the customer has tried these steps already. For the antibodies ab97695, ab69858, and ab7770, we would recommend diluting around 1:2000-1:3000. We would also recommend blocking the membrane in 5% BSA overnight to reduce non-specific binding. If the customer has already tried similar optimization steps, I would be happy to send replacement antibodies or alternatively issue a credit note. We would also be very grateful if the customer could provide an image of the results so that we may investigate the problem with these antibodies. I look forward to hearing from you.
