ab102470 at 1/500 dilution staining USO1 in Human lung carcinoma by Immunohistochemistry, Paraffin-embedded tissue.
ab102470 staining USO1 in human HeLa cells using ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% donkey serum in 0.1% PBST for 1 hour at 22oC. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 1% donkey serum in 0.1% PBST) for 3 hours at 22oC. Alexa Fluor® 594 conjugated Donkey-anti-Rb polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
