Paraffin-embedded rat spinal cord tissue stained for VAChT using ab235201 at 1/100 dilution for 30 minutes at room temperature. Secondary antibody was an anti-Rabbit Poly-HRP-IgG, ready to use for 8 minutes at room temperature. Counterstained with hematoxylin.
