Hi, The technical team agreed to send a replacement antibody free of charge after the VDAC antibody (ab34726 lot: GR95237-1) we purchased failed to perform as it should. I was given the order number 1164302 for the replacement and would like to know what is the status of this order please, as I have not yet received the item,

I have issued a free of charge replacement with a different lot number, but it looks like that this vial was already on the pick list for another order. Therefore, the order is waiting to receive a vial we already have been sold and can't be fulfilled. Unfortunately, this has not been flagged up... I prologize for the delay!
Checking our stock, it looks we do not have an alternative lot. However, your complaint has been the only one so far this year. Therefore, I do not think that we have a general lot problem, but that you unfortunately, received a faulty vial. Your free of charge replacementwould be covered as well with our guarantee, so I would like to encourage you to try the same lot again.
If you would prefer instead another antibody against this target, a credit note or a refund, I am happy to issue this for you as well.
