Additional Notes
Submitted image shows good labelling of endothelium of larger blood vessels.
Capillary positivity is not easy to see at this section thickness ( 5 microns) and with this brightfield method ( IF should give a far better contrast ratio).
In the submitted image VWF is clearly seen in the High endothelial venules of the lymphoid nodule.
I presume that the black pigment is inhaled carbon.
