Additional Notes
This antibody stained rat smooth muscle cells, making it non-specific for endothelial cells. Attached is an image of A7r5 cells using the Abcam primary anti-von willebrand factor antibody with a high level of nuclear staining. I also imaged a no-primary control which does not show any significant amount of staining, indicating this is not a non-specific secondary antibody problem.
