Immunoprecipitation of HeLa whole cell lysates (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) using ab80614 at 3µg/mg lysate (lane 1) or control IgG (lane 2). Samples were analysed by Western blot using ab80614 at 1µg/ml and detected with chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
