ZAP70 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate with a rabbit anti-ZAP70 antibody at 3 µg/mg lysate. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab222459 at 1 µg/ml.
Lane 1: Jurkat (treated with hydrogen peroxide) whole cell lysate 1 mg (Input). No phosphatase treatment for IP product.
Lane 2: Jurkat (treated with hydrogen peroxide) whole cell lysate 1 mg (Input). Phosphatase treatment for IP product.
Lane 3: Jurkat whole cell lysate 1 mg (Input). No phosphatase treatment for IP product.
Lane 4:Jurkat whole cell lysate 1 mg (Input). Phosphatase treatment for IP product.
Exposure time: 30 seconds.
ZAP70 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate that has been treated with hydrogen peroxide. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using a rabbit anti-ZAP70 antibody (for total ZAP70) at 1 µg/ml.

Lane 2: A rabbit anti-ZAP70 antibody with a different phosphorylation.
