Anti-ZNF417 antibody - C-terminal (ab229548) at 1/1000 dilution + IMR32 whole cell lysate at 30 µg
Developed using the ECL technique.
MCF7 (human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) cells stained for ZNF417 (green) using ab229548 at 1/500 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes.
Nuclear counterstain: Hoechst 33342 (blue).
Paraffin-embedded N87 xenograft tissue stained for ZNF417 with ab229548 at 1/250 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
